We are so incredibly happy with our pool build! From the first meeting with Shane, we knew that he was going to look after us and get our dream pool built. I can’t recommend highly enough Shane of Built Right Pools,  from start to completion of the construction process it was well coordinated and very well organised.
The communication was excellent during the whole construction phase.
Shane was so helpful and very informative in choosing the right design according to our backyard requirements, he is very clear and transparent, very thorough and informative and the job was completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
I was so glad I have chosen Shane and waited for him to build my pool, he took care of everything and transformed my backyard into an amazing space.
Building a pool was so daunting, from choosing the right builder and decision making but Shane made it an effortless and an awesome experience from start to finish.

My family and I had a fantastic experience with Built Right Pools. Shane  was incredibly honest, effective throughout the entire process. His team and himself showed up everyday, which really impressed us - they were punctual, professional and were committed to getting the job done right. We had asked quotes from different pool companies, Shane was the one who was very honest with sharing us the what was suitable and what wasn’t. We asked Shane a lot of questions, and he was always happy to share his thoughts about certain designs. He made sure we were happy with our choices, he was very patient with us.
There were instances where there was few hiccups during the pool build. Such as requiring an extra retaining wall work done due to our backyard size! Shane advised that we will need to get these extra work done around the pool eventually, otherwise the surroundings of the pool will cause issues in the long run. Thank you Shane for being such an honest man - this is very rare to find especially in the pool build industry.
He really put a lot of effort and thought into the decision making process. The quality of their work is top-notch and we couldn’t be anymore happier with the results. Shane communicated and kept us in the loop everyday until the pool work was done! (He sent us photos & video updates). From start to finish, they were not only effective and professional but Shane himself is also incredibly honest with his approach. His honesty gave us confidence throughout the project. The commitment to being on site everyday showed the dedication to getting the job done right.

Shane and his team were amazing.
From our initial meeting with Shane we knew he was the right person to help us with our pool.

Shane and the Built Right  Pools team are a very professional pool builder whom delivered a first class product that we are extremely happy with . Our project had unique drainage requirements and was built in close proximity to new house footings, Shane is very accessible and reliable and we could not recommend any more highly .
