When we first met Shane to quote for us, we instantly felt comfortable and reassured that he knew his stuff, we have a challenging block of land with only limited side access on a slope plus a clay and very rocky ground to work with. Shane spent time with us going through all aspects of a pool build, going through many options and not rushing us, Shane gave us options as to how to get around our land challenges and was really positive. We were really happy with Shane and both myself and my husband were quite sure we would go with him, but as Shane was our 1st quote we thought we also got 2 more quotes after that as a comparison - we needn't have bothered, 1 quoted over email without inspecting the difficult sight and not really interested and another looked from the bottom of the road and said "too difficult". Fast forward many months later, lots of land clearing, new retaining wall, I decided to go with the same size pool but the 1 with the spa so we got Shane back to quote for that, again - so very helpful and generous with his time - we accepted his quote. From the start of the pool build to the end product, Shane was available for all our queries, even when a new gate was being put up, the fencer accidentally struck a pool pipe, Shane was there within a short time onsite fixing this issue. I truly believe without meeting Shane, we just would not have our beautiful backyard to enjoy every day, he has given us something to enjoy for years and years with our family, thank you Shane & team for everything, you really have made our pool dreams come true.
